The important bit, up front:Coorie gives guidance and options. It is not a medical device and never diagnoses. If you're worried about your baby, contact your GP or health visitor, call 111, or in an emergency 999.
1. The service
The sleep assessment is free to start, and your first change to try tonight is free. The sleep programme (£29, one-off) unlocks your full personalised plan - tonight's change and exactly how to do it, the week's steps, the 3am card, safer sleep for your set-up and what's normal at your baby's age - plus the sleep, nap and feed tracker, printable and yours to keep, even if you never spend another penny. Coorie ongoing (£7.99/month) adds weekly check-ins that re-tune the plan as your baby grows, and unlimited Coorie support. Buying support does not grant the plan; buying the plan does not start a subscription.
2. Payments and cancelling
The £29 programme is a one-off - no subscription hides behind it. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, which takes two taps from your account page and works to the end of the period you've paid for. No cancellation calls, no guilt screens, no win-back mazes. Cancelling never removes access to the paid plan. If we put prices up, existing subscribers keep their price for at least 12 months and we tell you well in advance.
3. Refunds
Fourteen days, no questions. A £29 purchase made at 3am needs to feel safe - the full policy is at coorie.baby/refunds.
4. The medical boundary
Coorie provides parenting guidance written and reviewed by a UK registered health visitor, aligned to NHS and Lullaby Trust guidance. It does not diagnose, treat or replace your GP, health visitor or any clinician. Where your answers suggest something needs a professional, the service will say so and direct you to the right one - that routing is a feature of the service working as intended.
5. What we promise - and don't
We promise guidance that is safe, evidence-aligned, personalised and honest. We do not promise outcomes: every baby is different, and no one can guarantee when yours will sleep longer stretches. Anyone who does guarantee that is selling something else.
6. Your account and fair use
One account covers one family. Keep your sign-in to yourself; tell us if you think someone else has it. You can close your account at any time from your account page - see the privacy policyfor what happens to your data (short version: it's deleted).
