The whole policy in one line: fourteen days, no questions - a £29 purchase made at 3am needs to feel safe.
The sleep programme (£29)
If it isn't right for you, email hello@coorie.baby within fourteen days of buying and we'll refund it in full. You don't need a reason, and no one will try to talk you out of it. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within five working days.
Ongoing support (£7.99/month)
Cancel any time from your account page and you won't be charged again; your access runs to the end of the month you've paid for. If you cancel within fourteen days of your first payment and haven't used the support, ask and we'll refund that month too. Cancelling never removes access to the plan you bought.
